The day is for ladies in Living Well aged 18+. If you would like to bring a guest, please come and chat to Lynn, Clare, Lesley, Liz or Careen – the team heading up the day.
The cost is £5 per person and will include a buffet lunch. Payment is required upon booking. Please also indicate if you have any dietary requirements.
During the conference we will be exploring different topics based on the theme of ‘The Healthier Way of Exposing the Real You.’ Activities, equipping, discussions and fellowship will take place during the day.
