Living Well Church hosted the ‘Practical Parenting’ course during February 2013. The first evening looked at Fathering and the structure of family. We had a great time of learning what it says in the word about family and also getting to know each other more with a family focussed funtime and nibbles during the break!!

During the second session we discussed the role of Mum and Dad and building our children’s self esteem and confidence. The final week explored how to discipline our children and bring them into adolescence.
The course provided a great way of getting to know one another, discussing parenting issues and to understand more about parenting from a Christian perspective.
We hope to run ‘Practical Parenting’ again in future.
