SWEAT (South West Equipping & Training) is a Christian Training Centre based in the South West of England run by Living Well Church. Our mission is to see individuals transformed by expanding their knowledge, skills, and experiences through participation in courses that are based on the Word of God and that apply godly principles. Our desire is to equip people to become mature men and women who can expand God’s Kingdom by becoming people of influence.
